Our Story
We are recent empty nesters from Nebraska. When our youngest son chose to attend college in Florida, we started spending more time in the Sunshine State and fell in love with it. After realizing how much money we were spending on lodging, we decided to invest in a place of our own that we could rent to friends, family, and acquaintances when we weren't using it. We love this home, and we are certain that you will too!

Corn to Coast Condo
Our condo is located just across the bridge from Indian Rocks Beach in Florida. The waterfront property features a large pool, numerous picklball & tennis courts, access to boat slips, and 50 acres of manicured grounds to enjoy your morning walk in a safe and friendly community.
Our roomy condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all fully furnished including king beds in both bedrooms, a comfy couch, washer/dryer in unit, and a desk just in case you want to squeeze in a little work. The master bedroom has the bathroom attached, and both bedrooms are a half flight of stairs up from the main living area to offer more privacy. The large covered patio is a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee. The location is right off the bridge that goes over the intercoastal water and straight into Indian Rocks Beach, just a 5 block walk or drive.
The area
The condo is located at 14800 Walsingham Rd, Largo FL 33774.
Largo is in Pinellas County which is an "island" full of every convenience you could imagine, including all the typical fast foods, groceries, and supplies stores. There are tons of local restaurants at the beach and throughout Pinellas County. We are just 7 miles to Clearwater Beach, a top-notch beach destination, and 8 miles to St. Pete Beach. Indian Rocks Beach has the "Old Florida" feel and charm, and there are things to do and places to eat all along Gulf Blvd. Located just 20 minutes west of Tampa gives you great access to airports including Tampa International and the St Pete/Clearwater Airport where Allegiant flies direct and it's simple to get in and out of. You will not be disappointed with the location, we have been going to this area for over 10 years and have just scratched the surface on things to do!
The details
Pricing
Price matters, so we'll start with that! Our condo is available for 30-90 day rentals. During that time, you can have guests come and go, whether it be kids or other couples, and they can compensate you for their time there if you wish. The cost ranges from $3,500 to $5,500 per month depending on the time of year. You don't have to come on the 1st of the month, just contact us to arrange a scheduling that works for you. There is a cleaning fee of $150 for each stay, no additional fees.
What is included
Our two bedroom, two bathroom condo is perfect for families or two couples. There is a full kitchen with all the necessities, and the home is fully furnished including washer/dryer in the unit. We will have enough toiletries to last several days, but you may need to go out and purchase toilet paper, soap, etc. depending on the length of your stay.
The amenities
The onsite pool is amazing! You will be given the key fob to get into the pool area, including the pool bathrooms and clubhouse. We have a pickleball set for you to enjoy the courts onsite. In addition, we have free wifi and several board games inside the condo in case you get stuck inside for a day!
How to get there
For most of the year, Allegiant flies from Omaha (or other cities) to the St Pete/Clearwater airport (PIE) which is just 20 minutes from the condo and it's a super easy airport to navigate. You can also check Tampa International (TPA) for flights, as it's only about 28 minutes from the condo. Rental cars are available at both airports.
The check-in process
We utilize a smart-lock for the front door, so you will be given a custom code that will be good for the length of your stay. It's very simple to use. There is ample parking at the condo, and no gate to pass through to access the neighborhood
